Project Management and Owner’s Engineer

PPE can provide project leadership support related to the oversight of design, construction, and commissioning activities.  This includes facilitating and leading meetings, providing communication between key workgroups, and providing project visibility to key stakeholders.  PPE facilitates communication and visibility with the development of project-specific documentation including risk analysis registers, action item listings, financial data reports, and summary documentation designed for project participants and senior management.
